Terms of Service

The student must be from the target age group (grades 3-12).
The student must be enrolled in a public school system within the Kingdom.
The parent/guardian must pay the required contribution.
The student must agree to the use of electronic monitoring systems for the exam, including enabling audio and video recording during the test.
A desktop computer or laptop is required to take the test; mobile phones and tablets are not permitted.

What steps should be taken to log in to the questions page on the day of the competition?

After making sure to update your e-mail on Mawhiba website.
You will soon receive the username and password for entering the questions page via this e-mail.
The test will be held on the day of the competition. At the specified time according to your grade level and via the link sent to your e-mail, you should open the login page, then register your username and password and start answering the questions.

How should I update my details?

You should follow the following steps:

Log in to your personal account on Mawhiba website.
After your personal details appear, make sure that your email and mobile are correct.
In the event that you want to change the required details, select (Modify Personal Details).
After changing, select (Save Changes).

Will I receive a reminder before the competition date?

Each student must check the timetable to know the date of his class and log in on the specified day and time using the username and password that you received in the email.

I have enrolled my children in the competition with one mobile number, should I put a different mobile number for each one?

Not at all. All SMS contain your children's login details. For your convenience, you will receive an SMS in the name of each one.

How will I know my score?

The score will be shown to you at the end of the test, out of 96 for grades 3 and 4, or out of 120 for the remaining grades.

I am studying in an international school in English, will the questions be translated?

The question will be in both Arabic and English.

Can I get tested on mobile?

Only desktop computers and laptops.

How long is the test?

90 minutes - for grades 5 to 12.
75 minutes - for grades 3 and 4.

Can I ask for help when answering questions?

Asking for help is not possible. Answering questions reflects on the level of the student.

What should I do if I do not understand a question?

You should re-read the question more than once carefully.

What should I do if the internet connection is lost during the test?

The system saves the answers to the questions even when the internet connection is lost. The test can be completed when the internet is back to normal, as long as the test time has not expired.

Should I submit/send each question after answering it, or should I wait until completing all questions?

The student answers the test question by question. The student can go back to any question, or mark a specific question and go back to it again. The test is sent after completing all the questions.

If I am late to start the test, how should the time be calculated?

Time is calculated once the student logs on to the test, provided it does not exceed 30 minutes from the actual start time of the test as scheduled.

Is there a link to the participation certificate that will be activated after the end of the competition so that I can print it?

Yes, we will send you a test participation certificate as soon as the test is completed.

How do I know if I got a medal or not?

You will be provided with a table showing the medal results after the competition is completed, within a period not exceeding 2 weeks.

How do I get a copy of the questions?

There will be an electronic copy of the test questions at the end.

Is there a fee to join the competition?

Yes, 60 riyals.
